Account Registration and Eligibility

If the age requirement is not met, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one active account is permitted per individual, household, residential address, or IP address. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

Members are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If an account is opened or operated using false information, bg 999 reserves the right to close that account and freeze its funds at any time. Members are responsible for updating their account information if any details change.

2.4 Account Security

Each member is responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. Transferring or renting an account to a third party is prohibited. If unauthorized access is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

Section 3

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can be used to deposit funds on bg 999. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. No specific processing fee applies to deposits. Members must ensure that the payment account used is registered in their own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Once a withdrawal request is in progress, it may not be possible to cancel it.

3.3 Identity Verification

Before processing a withdrawal request or after a certain transaction volume is reached, bg 999 may request documents to verify a member's identity. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. If identity verification fails, the account may be temporarily or permanently restricted.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bg 999 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. If suspicious financial activity is identified, the related funds will be held pending investigation, and relevant authorities will be notified where applicable.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, wagering of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be completed. The bonus is never counted as direct cash.

4.2 Other Promotions

Other offers available on bg 999 — such as weekly reload bonuses, slot festival bonuses, and cricket betting offers — each have their own separate terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. By claiming a promotion's bonus, you automatically agree to the terms of that promotion.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts, providing false information, or employing any kind of fraudulent strategy to take advantage of bonuses is prohibited. If such activity is detected, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

Section 5

Betting Rules

5.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If an unintended bet is placed due to a technical error, the member should contact the support team immediately — complaints submitted later may not be considered.

5.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Odds applicable to sports betting may change up until the start of an event. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally voided and the original stake is refunded, though specific sport rules may vary. Bets placed in live betting are final — complaints based on live results or scores will not be accepted.

5.3 Validity of Game Results

All game results are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. Any result displayed due to a technical error or system failure is not valid — in such cases, bg 999 reserves the right to void that round and refund the stake.

Section 6

Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fraudulent Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bg 999 platform and will result in immediate action if detected:

• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or software
• Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses
• Attempting to access another member's account or stealing their information

• Using arbitrage strategies to make risk-free profit across different games or bets

6.2 Consequences

Involvement in prohibited activities will result in permanent closure of the account, forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and legal action where applicable. bg 999 is not obligated to give prior notice to a member before taking such action.

Section 7

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by the Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Before making the request, ensure there are no ongoing bets or pending withdrawals on the account. Any remaining funds will be returned subject to the applicable terms being met.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by bg 999

bg 999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or any other legitimate reason. Account balances may not be accessible during the suspension period.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction activity for an extended period, the account may be marked as inactive. An administrative charge may be deducted from inactive accounts, but the balance will not go below zero. Contact the support team to reactivate the account.

Limitation of Liability

8.3 Third-Party Services

Games available on the bg 999 platform are developed by third-party studios. In the event of a technical fault or unexpected behaviour in these games, bg 999 will attempt to find a possible resolution, but cannot guarantee full compensation.
